| Description : | Data Assimilation workshop for Regional Climate Models was conducted to enable the modelling groups to assimilate upper air observational weather data and surface weather observations to constrain the meteorology in the air quality - climate model intercomparison project. The Workshop was conducted by scientists from the Weather and Climate research group, NARL headed by Dr. Amit Kesarkar. The workshop enabled WRF and RegCM modellers to perform assimilation of meteorological fields with chemistry evolving freely. |
